Build Your Career — and Your Business — With EMC

EMC is building a long-term regional civil-construction workforce — skilled field crews, dependable office staff and strong trade partners across our primary markets and beyond. Whether you are looking for your next job in civil construction or want your company on our vendor and subcontractor list, this is where to start.

Two Ways to Work With Us

Join the Crew, or Partner With Us

This page has two separate paths. Individuals looking for employment can apply below. Companies that want to provide materials, trucking or specialty trade work can register in the vendor and subcontractor section.

Good projects are delivered by good people. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to safety and pride in the finished product — in the field and in the office.

Why Build Your Career at EMC

Room to Grow on Real Civil Work

EMC is scaling to take on larger civil, site-development and public-infrastructure projects — and that means real opportunity for people who want to build a long-term career, not just a job.

Room to Grow

As EMC takes on more and bigger work, capable people can move up — from crew into leadership and from project to project. We want people who intend to stay and grow with the company.

Training-Minded

We believe skilled crews are built, not just hired. EMC is committed to developing its people on the equipment, methods and coordination that quality civil work demands.

Safety-First

Everyone goes home safe. Safety is planned into every task and every jobsite, and it is a shared responsibility from the newest laborer to the superintendent.

Section A — Employment Opportunities
