A Surface Is Only As Good As Its Base
Cracked, rutted, ponding pavement almost always traces back to what's underneath it — a soft subgrade or a thin, uncompacted base. Surface work can't fix a foundation problem.
EMC builds the whole section, in order: we prepare and proof-roll the subgrade, place and compact aggregate base, set curb and gutter to drain the surface, and pave with concrete or asphalt to the design section. Because the same contractor owns the grade, the base and the surface, the pavement is built on ground that's actually ready for it.
From a single commercial lot to private roads and streets, we deliver full-depth construction and stand behind the section as a whole.
